After purchase, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing customers to track the delivery status of their orders.

Shipping Regions

We ship exclusively within the United States, with no additional geographic restrictions.

Changes and Cancellations

Customers may change or cancel their orders prior to shipping by contacting the store via phone or email.

Lost or Damaged Products

For Defective Products: If a product arrives defective, the customer must return the product to the store. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will determine whether the customer is eligible for a refund or exchange.

For Lost Products: In the event of loss, as indicated by the tracking code, we will refund the customer or send a new product, if available.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns. For exchanges, customers must contact the store, who will be responsible for shipping the exchanged item.
