We offer two shipping options:

Shipping Costs
We use automatic calculation according to weight and distance defined by the USPS.
Delivery Times
Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Order Tracking
After purchase, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing customers to track the delivery status of their orders.
Shipping Regions
We ship exclusively within the United States, with no additional geographic restrictions.
Changes and Cancellations
Customers may change or cancel their orders prior to shipping by contacting the store via phone or email.
Lost or Damaged Products
For Defective Products: If a product arrives defective, the customer must return the product to the store. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, it will be determined whether the customer is eligible for a refund or exchange.
For Lost Items: In the event of lost items, as indicated by the tracking number, we will refund the customer or send a new item, if available.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns. For exchanges, customers must contact the store, who will be responsible for shipping the exchanged item.
